Short answers

The questions we hear most. Missing yours? Write to us.

Is my code uploaded anywhere?

No. The map is built and kept on your PC, protected at rest. The only things that go online are your sign-in and license checks.

Which assistants does it work with?

Assistants that run on your computer and support MCP: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, VS Code, Gemini CLI, Antigravity and Codex. You connect each one with a click from AI Connections.

Why isn't ChatGPT supported?

ChatGPT runs on OpenAI's servers, even when you use its desktop app, so it can only reach tools that are online. Connecting it would mean opening your computer to the internet and sending your project map out of it, which is exactly what TokenSaver is built to avoid: your code stays on your PC. OpenAI's coding assistant Codex runs on your computer instead, and it is supported: you sign in to it with the same ChatGPT account (it is included in the paid ChatGPT plans), then connect it from AI Connections.

Does it replace my assistant?

No. It works next to it. You keep asking questions the same way; the assistant simply starts from a better picture of your project.

Can I hide parts of my project?

Yes. Any folder can be left out of the map, or marked private so no assistant can read it at all.

What happens when I press Pause?

Assistants stop receiving project data until you resume. On hour-based plans your time is not counted meanwhile; day-based plans run on calendar days and end on a fixed date.

Which systems are supported?

Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.

How much does it cost?

Every new account starts with a free trial. For more time or other plans, write to us; any plans on offer are listed on the Pricing page.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

A license is tied to one computer at a time. You can move it yourself a few times a month from Account & License › Your PCs; beyond that, write to Support and we'll move it.

Why is there no email?

You sign in with a private account name and your password; others only see your nickname. We keep less data about you, and nobody can take over your account just by knowing your email.

I forgot my password or account name. Now what?

Click "I can't sign in" in the app. On your usual PC you can choose a new password right away. From another PC, use the recovery code you saved when you created the account. Lost everything? Ask Support from the same screen: we check, and after a short safety wait you finish it yourself in the app. We never see or send passwords.

How do I get help?

From the Support page inside the app, or with the contact form on this site. You can also ask in #help on our Discord (link at the bottom of every page).
